The author of Honouring the Child, Pam Proctor, was one of the original teachers and creators of the program at Dickens Annex. I have been in touch with this inspiring woman for several years and have learned so much from her. I urge you to have a look at this book which outlines Pam's journey from very traditional teaching to a program of active, child-centered learning like we know and love at the annex.
